We use USPS-Priority. After a 3-day handling period, your purchases will be sent, United States Postal Service-Priority, usually with a 2-4 day delivery time. Total time from purchase to delivery is 7-10 business days. Personalized products can take up to 14 business days. |

What is monogramming? What are monogramms? |

Monogramms are the first letter initials of a persons name.
However, the middle initial is the first letter of the last name. When placing a mongramming order, place the initials in this correct order:
First letter of first name,
First letter of LAST name,
First leter of middle name.
Example: If your name is Sabrina Sue Vegis, here is what your monogramms would look like: SVS |

We love to make your tablecloths! But since tables, especially outdoor tables, come in so many sizes, we need you to call us and give us the dimensions. We can custom make any tablecloth for you. Our tablecloths come at a maximum of 47.5" wide and can come in any length. |

What is the maximum number of letters to have embroidered on a product? |

Smaller products can only have a total number of 20 letters. Larger items can have more. We will try to accomodate you, however, we reserve the right to not embroider a products if we know it will not work or fit. |
